Case Management Orders Update: During the program it was announced that sample Case Management Orders (CMOs) from the 20 Circuits in the State of Florida would be published on this site. They can be accessed at the link below. Please keep in mind these CMOs are only for educational purposes and that each practitioner must carefully review all CMOs issued in their specific cases. Case Management Orders can change at any time. Our thanks to Kara Link, Esq., who provided the materials with this note, "I am attaching the bookmarked pdf with all 20 circuit’s AOs. Please note that the only ones that are new are from the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 17th, and 19th. ...We are [currently] missing AOs from 1-4, 14, 16, 18, and 20."
